collision and restoration work. He learned how to produce fine quality moulds to make his own
fibreglass parts for various restorations. Gerry's skills were
quickly recognized and he was appointed shop foreman.
In 1985 Gerry started his own body shop where he specialized in custom work and fabrication of show cars. There
was also an increased demand for his expertise in fibreglass
mould making.
