The
quality finished parts is the direct result of the plugs,
moulds, and lay-up process. Moulds must be capable of producing
an exact copy of the plug. They must be strong and rigid enough
to withstand all twisting and warping forces. Each
of our moulds is made out of 20 layers of
1.5 ounce matting and is strengthened by an integrated lattice of plywood
stiffeners. This produces a thick stable mould that will
not warp.
